  1. Give us a call when you arrive.
  2. We will pick up your pet from your car.
  3. We then take them inside for treatment (and promise to hold their paw if they need it).
  4. Once they have been treated and well cared for, we will bring them back to your car.

 If your pet is badly wounded, throwing up repeatedly within a short period of time, not drinking water, or other indications of serious illness; please bring them in for an appointment.
